Not necessarily! While most products are available both in-store and online, our inventories are separate. This means that if your size is sold out online, it might still be available in-store. Additionally, our store offers many “store exclusives” such as jewelry, home goods, and more!
ORDERS
Nope! You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to streamline future orders and track your order status. It also helps prevent typos in your shipping or billing address.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Next, you’ll get another email informing you that we are processing your order, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status at any time.

Not at all, the welder never comes in contact with your skin. providing a safe and fun link experience is most important to us.
All chains are made of solid 14k yellow and white gold.
The goal is for you to have a stunning piece of solid gold jewelry to wear for a lifetime.
But, you can always easily snip the chain off with a pair of scissors and easily remove it.
If you decide to cut the link off, make sure you snip it on the link that we welded and save your chain in case you want to get it linked again.
Please note that although this is permanent jewelry that does not mean it’s invincible. Our links are designed for everyday wear but it is still fine jewelry.
Choose your chain(s) deciding is always the hardest part.
The linker will then size the chain to our suggested fit.
Add a temporary jump ring so you can test the fit.
The linker will continue adjusting until the fit is perfect for you.
Then, the linker will begin welding.
Once the chain is cut it is FINAL SALE so make sure you’re in love with the style and fit of your link before the chain is cut. Once the welding process is complete the linker will then have you pay, we accept cash and credit/debit cards.
No checks will be accepted.

If you need to remove your link make sure you snip it on the link that we welded with a pair of scissors and save your chain and we will reattach it free of charge.
If the chain breaks in a location of the chain not where our weld is, the chain is damaged, stretched, or non-repairable a new chain will need to be purchased.
